1. Construction equipment:

Squeezing type slurry pump or spray gun spraying machine, air compressor, plastering board, trowel, cleaning machine, transportation tool, etc

2. Construction preparation:

① Build scaffolding or use engineering mobile vehicles

② Electricity, water, and pathways

③ Remove oil stains, floating dust, etc. from the tunnel foundation surface

④ Correction of uneven surface joints

⑤ Repair the leaking area and ensure waterproofing and leak repair

3. Construction environmentConstruction temperature ≥ 5 ℃, relative humidity ＜ 90%, wind speed ≤ 4 levels; When the wind force is greater than level 4, the tunnel needs to be sealed or blocked; 

When the construction is carried out at 0 ℃ -5 ℃, antifreeze agent needs to be added

4. Grassroots construction:① The coating is a single component, and the first roughening is required to clean the oil stain and dust on the surface. The roughening process powder: special lotion=100:20, add water to 

make thin and thick, and roll coating can be evenly sprayed, with a thickness of about 2-5 mm.② The second round of construction involves pulling and drying before spraying. The ratio of powder to water is approximately 1:1 (by mass) on site, and it is recommended to mix it evenly 

with a mixer. The mixed coating should be used within 60 minutes, and sprayed from the waist of the tunnel using a spraying machine from bottom to top, with a recommended thickness of 

5-20mm. Multiple spraying can also be carried out until the design thickness is reached. If flatness is required, the last layer of construction can be carried out using the wiping method. It is 

recommended to stick nails and hang nets with a thickness of 20mm or more. If there are special requirements for a thickness of 5mm or more, nails and hanging nets or pasting nets can also 

be used.

5. Surface requirements for decorative construction:

After the base layer is completely dry, that is, when the hand cannot "pick" it, about 3 days later, the surface can be sprayed with decorative decorative fireproof coating. For key projects, 

it is best to scrape the fireproof coating once to level it. Can be sprayed or scraped.

6. Maintenance: After construction is completed, regular natural maintenance is carried out for 30 days, with maintenance conditions similar to ordinary concrete. If there is any artificial damage to the coating, it should be repaired in a timely manner.

matters needing attention:

1. This product cannot be mixed with other coatings or paints.

2. During construction, it is not advisable to mix too many ingredients at a time. Mix as much as you need. Unused paint must be sealed and stored; 

Once the powder is opened, it should be used immediately to avoid moisture and clumping, and cannot be used.

3. The paint should be stored in an environment of 5-35 ℃, and freezing and exposure to sunlight are strictly prohibited.

4. Powder that has been left for too long and has begun to harden should not be reused.

Packaging and Storage:

1. Powder should not be exposed to rain, water, or sunlight, and should be placed in a dry and well ventilated place;

2. Liquid materials should be protected from exposure to sunlight and rain, and should not be stored below 0 ℃. They have a shelf life of six months and should be transported

 as general materials.

1、施工機(jī)具：

     擠壓式壓漿泵或噴槍噴涂機(jī)、空壓機(jī)、抹涂板、抹子、清洗機(jī)、運(yùn)輸工具等

2、施工準(zhǔn)備：

     ①搭建腳手架或使用工程移動(dòng)車

     ②通電、通水、通路

     ③去除隧道基面油污、浮塵等

     ④對(duì)凹凸不平的表面接縫處修正

     ⑤漏水的地方修補(bǔ)做好防水補(bǔ)漏

3、施工環(huán)境

     施工溫度≥5℃，相對(duì)濕度＜90%，風(fēng)力≤4級(jí)；當(dāng)風(fēng)力＞4級(jí)時(shí)，需封洞或遮擋；當(dāng)施工在0℃-5℃時(shí)，需添加防凍劑

4、基層施工：

     ①涂料為單組份，第一遍拉毛，需處理干凈表面油污、粉塵，拉毛工藝粉料:專用乳液=100:20加水調(diào)制稀稠合適，輥涂噴涂勻可，厚度以2-5 mm左右為宜。

     ② 第二遍施工，拉毛干燥后噴涂，在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)大約按粉料:水=1:1（質(zhì)量比）配比，建議用攪拌機(jī)攪拌均勻，噴涂時(shí)攪拌好的涂料，通常使用時(shí)間控制在 60min之內(nèi)，用噴涂機(jī)從隧道腰部從下而上噴涂，以 5~20mm為宜，亦可多遍噴涂，直至噴涂達(dá)設(shè)計(jì)厚度為止，若要求平整，可用抹涂法進(jìn)行最后一道施工。20mm 以上厚度建議粘釘掛網(wǎng)，如有特別要求在5mm以上亦可粘釘掛網(wǎng)或貼網(wǎng)。

5、 表面要求裝飾施工的：

     在基層干透，即手“摳”不動(dòng)時(shí)，大約3天后，表面可噴涂裝飾用的飾面型防火涂料。重點(diǎn)工程，最好刮一次防火涂料找平。可噴涂，亦可刮涂。

6、 養(yǎng)護(hù)：施工完畢，常規(guī)自然養(yǎng)護(hù)30天，養(yǎng)護(hù)條件與普通混凝土相近，涂層出現(xiàn)人為損傷，及時(shí)修補(bǔ)。

注意事項(xiàng)：

     1、本產(chǎn)品不能同其它涂料、油漆相混。

     2、施工時(shí)每次配料不宜過(guò)多，用多少配多少。未用完的涂料須密封保存；粉料一經(jīng)開(kāi)啟，立即使用，以免受潮結(jié)塊則不能使用。

     3、涂料應(yīng)在5-35 ℃的環(huán)境下保存，嚴(yán)禁凍結(jié)，嚴(yán)禁暴曬。

     4、放置時(shí)間過(guò)長(zhǎng)且開(kāi)始硬化的粉料不宜再用。

包裝及儲(chǔ)運(yùn)：

      1、粉料不能雨淋、水澆、曝曬，置放干燥、通風(fēng)處；

      2、液料防爆曬和雨淋，不宜0℃以下存放，有效期半年，運(yùn)輸按一般物料運(yùn)輸。
