【English name】：Outdoor non expanding steel structure fireproof coating

1. The surface of the component is first subjected to rust removal, dust removal, and cleaning, and then coated with anti rust and anti-corrosion paint as the base coat;

2. After the anti-corrosion coating dries, apply the fireproof coating;

3. Based on the on-site construction situation, the first layer of roughening is carried out with a ratio of powder: adhesive=100:20. The mixture (powder, adhesive, water with moderate consistency)

 is mixed evenly with a building mortar mixer, and then roughened with a construction thickness of about 2-7mm;

4. After the coating to be roughened is dried (at room temperature for about 8 hours), the second coating can be applied. The reference ingredient ratio is powder: water=1:1. Mix the mixture evenly, 

and then spray or apply with a building plastering knife. The construction thickness is about 5-30mm;

5. The third construction procedure is the same as above, until the thickness required by the design is reached;

6. During winter construction, it is advisable to add an appropriate amount of antifreeze to prevent the surface of the fireproof coating from freezing (construction is not recommended 

when the surface temperature of the component is below 5 ℃);

7. In a hot, dry, and windy climate, pay attention to watering and shading maintenance to avoid affecting the quality (construction is not recommended if the surface temperature of 

the component is above 45 ℃ and the wind force is greater than level 4);

8. If the coating thickness exceeds 20mm, it is recommended to stick nails and hang nets.

matters needing attention:

1. This product cannot be mixed with other coatings or paints.

2. Unused paint during construction must be sealed and stored; Once the powder is opened, it should be used immediately to avoid moisture and clumping, and cannot be used.

3. The paint should be stored in an environment of 5-30 ℃, and freezing, anti moisture, and direct sunlight are strictly prohibited.

4. Do not mix too many ingredients at a time, mix as much as you need;

5. Coatings that have been left for too long and have begun to harden should not be reused.

Packaging and Storage:

1. The product is packaged in a woven bag with a 25kg inner lining film (or coating);

2. The product can be stored for 6 months under ventilated, dry, and shaded conditions;

3. During transportation, the product should be protected from rain, exposure to sunlight, and freezing, and comply with the relevant regulations of the transportation department.

1、構(gòu)件表面先進(jìn)行除銹、除塵、去污，底涂涂裝防銹防腐涂料；

2、待防腐涂料干燥后，進(jìn)行防火涂料的涂裝施工；

3、以現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工情況，第一遍拉毛，配料的比例為粉料:膠料=100:20，將混合物（粉、膠、水適度稠度混合）用建筑灰漿攪拌機(jī)攪拌均勻，之后拉毛施工，施工厚度約為2~7mm;

4、待拉毛施工的涂層干燥后（常溫條件約8h）再進(jìn)行第二遍涂層的施工，參考配料比例為粉料:水=1:1，將混合料攪拌均勻，之后噴涂施工或建筑抹灰刀涂抹施工，施工厚度約為5-30mm；

5、第三遍施工程序同上，直至達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)要求的厚度；

6、冬季施工時(shí)，加入適量防凍劑，以達(dá)到防火涂料表面不上凍為宜 （構(gòu)件表面溫度低于5 ℃不建議施工）；

7、炎熱干燥大風(fēng)氣候，注意灑水遮蔭養(yǎng)護(hù)，以免影響質(zhì)量（構(gòu)件表面溫度高于45 ℃風(fēng)力大于4級(jí)不建議施工）；

8、涂層厚度超過(guò)20mm，建議粘釘掛網(wǎng)。

注意事項(xiàng)：

1、本產(chǎn)品不能同其它涂料、油漆相混。

2、施工時(shí)未用完的涂料，須密封保存；粉料一經(jīng)開(kāi)啟，立即使用，以免受潮結(jié)塊則不能使用。

3、涂料應(yīng)在5-30 ℃的環(huán)境下保存，嚴(yán)禁凍結(jié)，反潮，嚴(yán)禁暴曬。    

4、每次配料不宜過(guò)多，用多少配多少；

5、放置時(shí)間過(guò)長(zhǎng)且開(kāi)始硬化的涂料不宜再用。

包裝及儲(chǔ)運(yùn)：

1、產(chǎn)品采用25kg內(nèi)襯薄膜（或涂膜）的編織袋包裝；

2、產(chǎn)品在通風(fēng)、干燥、蔭涼的條件下可儲(chǔ)存6個(gè)月；

3、產(chǎn)品在運(yùn)輸時(shí)，防止雨淋、爆曬、冷凍，并遵守運(yùn)輸部門(mén)的相關(guān)規(guī)定。
